Location and welcoming staff

I was not satisfied with the housekeeping service. The housekeeping staff came at different times each day—sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon—which made it difficult to plan our day. When we told her that we were sleeping and asked her to come back later, she said her shift would be over by then, so our room was not cleaned. Unfortunately, there was also no “Do Not Disturb” or “Please Make Up Room” door sign available, which would have helped avoid this issue.

Great breakfast.

Lower restaurant could have been open for dinner when you don't feel like leaving the hotel. The other restaurants are nice but when you are not in the mood to have a upgraded expensive dinner not worth it.

The staff all amazing. They are the reason I return to this hotel. Genuinely assist in all aspects of stay. Concierge and admin outstanding.

The location is quite good, eassy access to BTS and shopping centers. The staff are accomodating.

The hotel is old and when you come out from the elevator, you will smell of the old carpet as well as along the corridor. The in room facilities isn't that great but if you are not picky, that should be ok. The location of the power socket are not practucal (i only find one under dressing table). The elevator are old as well. I hope they renovate the property soon.
