Arnoma Hotel Bangkok

All is well. only 2 bottles of water was abit small for me considering the warm weather in the country

nothing

The place was good, so was the breakfast. Only had breakfast at the hotel and it was nice. The rooms were clean. The staff was very cordial. Thanks.

They do not serve food in the room. I checked in very tired and sick, did not have energy to go out and eat, could not get any food, even a warm soup for dinner, that's the only feedback about food! The access card was not functional a couple of times but otherwise all was good!

Very well located. Excellent staff and service especially the reception and concierge

Location was great & a short stroll to many shopping malls & precincts as well as BTS Siam & Chit Lom station First impressions when walking into the hotel & main lobby lounge area & elevators well maintained. Main restaurant located adjoining the lobby & breakfast was ok. Room air conditioning & cooler fridge was highly useful to escape the heat. Housekeeping staff was very helpful & attentive in providing towels & linen which were clean. Parking facilities provided.

Rooms are small & were dated with old furniture, ruggered carpets & curtains, bathroom tiles & fittings were old & rusted. Have to get onto the tub to shower which causes water to spill over & flood the bathroom even with a shower curtain making it an inconvenience. Major rooms renovation & upgrade is in dire need considering the price paid for the room.
