    I can rave about staying at Waldorf Astoria for ages!! From the staff we were welcomed, hotel manager Paweena is a beautiful lady so attentive I’m glad this beautiful hotel is managed by someone as elegant as her! Location is great, walking distance to the shops and easy access to transport. Our Suite was absolutely beautiful and the roof top pool area is sooo refreshing! 100/10!! We will definitely be back! This was the highlight of our BKK trip!

    This is one of the most amazing properties. The service staff Personnel of this hotel are absolutely amazing. They are the best at what they do. The food and all the restaurants is beyond five star. If you want to be treated like royalty stay here

    We stayed in the hotel for 2 days after a week sailing. The location is good being near lots of malls and relatively good access to the BTS. The staff were generally lacking in that unique Thai charm that one comes to expect and were more focused on presenting the hotel as a very upmarket hotel with for example the ‘best buffet breakfast in Bangkok’. Those we interacted with therefore came across as a little ‘snooty’. We stayed in room ***. We are not sure if the layout is the same for all rooms of the same Deluxe King Category but if so then guests should be made aware that it is not a particularly good layout. We only had views of the adjacent tower block next door and the odd shape of the room means there is possibly a lift shaft running though the middle of the room which creates a poor layout. If this layout is limited to only some of the rooms in the category then I would strongly advise the hotel to use it only when the hotel is fully booked (we were told the hotel was not particularly full). Otherwise the hotel risks guests like never staying in the hotel again because of the experience. Generally the stay was a poor experience compared to almost every other similar luxury 5* hotel in Bangkok (I have stayed in more or less all the top hotels). The gym is small and equipment is limited and the pool is likewise small and oddly shaped.
