    I cant get over how excellent the service was from the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby. One, the front desk was VERY helpful, allowing us to check in early as the rooms were already available and offering late check out as we mentioned we had a late flight out. The front desk officers were all very professional and jovial too! I remember Tiger and Pig quipping about their unique names and everyone queuing at the front desk were all amused. Two, the operator/service line ALWAYS picked up after only one or two rings. Housekeeping shows up within 5-10 mins of calls being made. Really, I am just blown away about how awesome the service is at this hotel. Great job, GM. If there's anything to complain, its just je atrociously longggggg traffic light at the junction in front of the hotel. In peak hours, it takes about half an hour to get past that traffic light, so sometime grab drivers cancel due to traffic. That's my only qualm.

    Rooms are a bit dated for this price even for club lounge level and breakfast was not as extensive as befitting a 5 star hotel Vs what other 5 stars offer down the same area.

    bought fr Agoda and requested large bed ended up it’s based on availability. Also charged us extra breakfast and causing our check out delay
