It was the only affordable property for the festival weekend. I liked the easy check-in. Glad there was an AC because the unreachable window made the air in the room a little stale.
My room was pretty basic and tiny and only had a small roof window up on the wall, way too far for anyone to open. The location was pretty remote.

It is small but good enough apartment. I needed accommodation near Stadium, so location is perfect. Room has TV, double bed, closet and table. Big WC with bath. It is worm inside. Kitchen room is shared, has a lot of staff. Tee and coffee is free. Everything is clear.
1. Be aware - it is not possible to check in after 23.00, exactly as it mention in the booking information. My flight from Warsaw arrived at 23.30, so I faced a problem. For my question what options do I have, the answer was - none, you mast do it before 23.00. As result I find someone in Poznan who agreed to check in for me. If you don’t have a friend in Poland - just don’t use late flight.
2. Room is really small, even for one
3. Pillow for some reason was extremely uncomfortable.

The property is located in Grunwald, it is very comfortable for what we had to do, there is public transport and it works very well. Communication with the owner was flawless, parking is very good, right in front of the property, and it is very convenient!
I highly Recommend this Hotel!
