Obiekt jest zlokalizowany w bardzo spokojnym i cichym miejscu, trochę na uboczu, ale jest dobrze skomunikowany z centrum Poznania. Jest cicho, spokojnie, bardzo czysto. Blisko do supermarketu i do Żabki.

Idealne miejsce na nocleg: sympatyczny i uprzejmy personel, bardzo wygodne łóżka, czysta kolorowa pościel, czajnik, kawa i herbata w pokoju. Oczywiście ręczniki. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja niedaleko autostrady, więc nie trzeba wjeżdżać do centrum miasta. Jak ktoś lubi biegać to w okolicy jest fajny park, wieża widokowa i można trochę kilometrów nakręcić.
Żeby móć skorzystać z telewizora musiałem samemu podłączyć cały zestaw i pożyczyć baterie do pilota. Niby da się żyć bez tego, a podłączenie nie było dla mnie kłopotem, ale jak już jest sprzęt to dobrze żeby działał - nie każdy sobie z tym poradzi, a komuś może na tym zależeć.

Bardzo dobry dojazd od autostrady i darmowe miejsce parkingowe, a przy okazji bezpieczne. Bardzo komfortowe łóżka i świeża pościel, czysty pokój, zestaw do kawy/herbaty, ręczniki. Miła i sympatyczna obsługa. Sprawny dostęp do pokoju z użyciem kodu. Nie licząc nocnego incydentu z głośnymi sąsiadami, to bardzo dobre miejsce na nocleg.
Brak reakcji na prośbę o uciszenie znajdujących się w stanie nadmiernych emocji lokatorów sąsiednich pokoi. Nocne szarpanie w pokojach, krzyki na korytarzu, trzaskanie drzwiami – kiepsko to licuje z charakterem miejsca.

Pokoje sa różne - byłem juz w kilku, niektóre OK, niektóre mniej. Najgorsze jest uchylanie się od wystawiania faktur VAT - to przy podróżach biznesowych jest ogromny minus.
