Hotel staff go well above what you would expect.
Excutive lounge was not very good at refreshing. At happy hour ofter wine & snacks were gone in 15 minutes & not refreshed for half hour at least. If you came later you were lucky to get anything. Using the excutive phone to request more was not much use.

Good location, quiet wonderful staff includes breakfast again wonderful staff
A bit overpriced for the area the wind is a good central location. Breakfast options could be a little more diverse and though we were told the TVs allowed Netflix and streaming they don’t and channels are only in Spanish, despite being told in email, otherwise. For multiple nights stay with children very difficult.
