Good location, excellent service and polite staff, we stayed there for 4 nights and on my birthday they came and surprised us with a complimentary surprise birthday cake in the room. Everyone in the family loved the surprise cake and our stay. 🎂

Very convenient for Forbidfen Palace and central Beijing. Impressive building in sort of French 'classic' style. Room were large and very quiet, air con superb. All staff very helpful and freindly.
Breakfast excellent and always calm - unlike some..... even tge bar prices were acceptable.

Hotel Foyer is exceptional

Family room was very large
Location is very convenient to local restaurants and shopping malls (also containing restaurants) and is walkable to Forbidden City etc
Very nice outside drop off area also perfect for booking DiDi taxi's

The staff were unattentive, the duvets were thin (in mid winter)
The internet didn’t work for 2 days, the electrics were outdated and lighting in the bedrooms was poor.
