    We visited Beijing from 08 June - 13 June 2026. This was our first visit to China which was most memorable and I am writing to express my appreciation for the quality of services offered by JW Marriott Beijing Central. We would like to comment how pleased we were with the services provided to us by front-line staff namely Tina, Didi Johnson and Triangel. We were most grateful to David 葛德斌 who had assisted in setting up “Alipay” system for us making payment most convenient for transportation and foods. Without David’s guidance during our stay in Beijing, we would have encountered many problems especially payments with cash for taxi. David had also provided guidance on many of our daily tours in and around Beijing. David’s dedication on guests’ wellbeing would have made him a great ambassador in promoting the brand name of JW Marriott. During my recent trip, we were fortunate enough to stay at JW Marriott Beijing Central which make our trip most comfortable and enjoyable. I have stayed at JW Marriott across South East Asia and have found most of them pretty good and the staff very friendly, attentive and helpful.     I would like to say thumbs up for the counter manager as given an extra 1 pax of breakfast for one of my kids as he told me my booking through Agoda only included 3pax of breakfast. The room is spacious and clean. I will definitely choose this hotel if come back to Beijing

    Very dated. Staff tried to be friendly abd helpful but one of the lady staff in front actually took my daughter as homeless when she is resting at the lounge. Damn pissed. Luckily I was nearby
