The hotel room is clean. only a suggestion for the toilet to install with a bidet. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good, next to shopping mall, Starbucks, 7-11. Booking didi is within 5mins. The swimming pool comes with good temperature but required to wear cap before entering the pool. The cap can be purchased at the counter.

Having stayed at multiple Pan Pacific properties, I found Pan Pacific Beijing to be one of the more disappointing experiences. The service throughout the stay was average and lacked warmth. It didn’t feel particularly welcoming, and interactions felt quite standard rather than attentive or personalized. Room quality was also fairly standard. Considering the price point, there are definitely better options available in Beijing that offer more value and a more memorable stay. Breakfast was one of the weakest aspects of the hotel. For a 5-star property, the selection felt limited, with only a few drink options and just two types of juice, which is below expectations. The overall variety was underwhelming, especially when compared to other Pan Pacific or Parkroyal properties, which generally perform much better in this area. The breakfast location, situated behind the front desk, also felt a bit unusual and less inviting. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would likely choose other properties when returning to Beijing.
