The hotel room is clean. only a suggestion for the toilet to install with a bidet. Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good, next to shopping mall, Starbucks, 7-11. Booking didi is within 5mins. The swimming pool comes with good temperature but required to wear cap before entering the pool. The cap can be purchased at the counter.

Very disappointing experience — definitely not the hotel choice I would make for a family trip. Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had, especially for a family trip with elderly family members and kids. First, the room itself was not what I expected from Pan Pacific. The bed was surprisingly small, and the sofa looked old and yellowish, which really affected the overall impression of the room. We also specifically requested the cleaner to clean the bathroom because we had elderly family members with us and were worried about them slipping. Unfortunately, after cleaning, the bathroom floor was left even wetter, which completely defeated the purpose of our request and made us even more worried about their safety. But the **biggest disappointment was the swimming pool maintenance**. We booked a **5-night stay**, and only after we arrived were we informed that the swimming pool would be closed for maintenance from our second day onwards. This is something the hotel should have communicated **before our arrival**, especially when the maintenance schedule should have been planned in advance. We were travelling with kids, and swimming every evening was part of their daily routine and one of the main ways they enjoyed the hotel. Having the pool suddenly unavailable from the second night onwards was a huge disappointment for the children and for us. What made it worse was the booking issue. Our Agoda booking clearly indicated **3 adults**, which meant the extra bed was included in the booking arrangement. Yet after we arrived, the hotel informed us that we had to pay an additional fee for the extra bed. This was extremely frustrating, especially when we had already paid through Agoda based on the booking details. Overall, the whole experience was far below what we expected from a Pan Pacific property. From the room condition, housekeeping, lack of communication about the pool closure, to the unexpected extra-bed charge, there were simply too many issues during one stay. For a family trip, especially when travelling with elderly family members and children, **communication, cleanliness, safety and basic service should be the bare minimum**. Unfortunately, this stay failed on all of those fronts. **Very disappointing experience. I would seriously reconsider staying here again, and I would not recommend it for a family holiday.**
