Easy hotel in a great location

The hotel is in an excellent location in the middle of Beuzeville within a short walking distance to several restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and there was plenty of parking in a gated area at the back of the hotel. We had a room overlooking the garden at the back and it was very comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was delicious and generous. We would highly recommend the hotel as a base for exploring Normandy.

There was nothing we didn't like but some guests might want to have tea and coffee making facilities in their room.

Good value for money with expensive breakfast and attitude issue

Great location during our roadtrip. The young man who checked us in was super friendly. We were delighted being able to use the pool and added bonus was the private parking Bed was comfy too.

As we had booked the hotel a year in advance for our road trip, we called 2weeks prior to confirm all was OK with our rooms. The man accused my 70th mum of not trusting them. He even told her we would find out on arrival when asked if there was parking. No tea or coffee facilities. When asked downstairs if we could get boiling water before breakfast, we were told no. Breakfast was OK. Would have liked more variety of cheeses and hams (I mean come on! They are near Camembert and Pont L'Eveque). The eggs 'parfait' (only hot food served) were not fully cooked (before the owner says anything, myself and my husband have worked in hospitality for years!!!). When asked what these eggs were, he said they were parfait (perfect in French) as he is the one making them lol Not sure why this man is working in a hotel if he doesn't seem to like people. Makes no sense! In the morning, we tried accessing the pool via the big sliding door. It was closed so we asked the same man and he showed us the sign to the pathway. We obviously missed it. He then said he would make the sign bigger for the next day! Hotel was nice but his attitude is damaging it more than anything! What a shame.

Deceptive stock photos shows a well appointed hotel. Farthest from the truth.

I didn’t like the initial checkin because we couldn’t make it before 8 pm so we had to rush there 34 minutes away in the dark to get the key. The bathroom facilities are old, the room decor is ugly and no interior designer was involved. Black walls, red art, red bed head rest. Lighting in the bathroom is terrible and there was no heat in the room. Nor was anyone around to even ask a question. The excuse of either not enough staff or Covid seems to be the trend so they don’t have to clean your room but charge the same amount. I paid for a larger room. If this was larger I’d like to see small. Never anyone around to ask what the wifi access code was.

The blinds in the rooms are awkward, and if you open them to open the windows you have no privacy. Also as the blinds have runners on the sides you can’t fully open the windows either.

Très bon séjour !

La privatisation du sauna et du spa. La piscine et le charme de la pièce. L'eau était chaude et il faisait bon dans la pièce ! Très agréable en ce mois de décembre. Le style et décoration de l'hôtel. Le salon et petit déjeuner ! Chambre confortable.

Beaucoup d'humidité visible dans la pièce (peinture qui ce décolle, toile plastique sur le mur pour travaux ?) du spa sauna . J'imagine très difficile à limiter avec les vapeurs et éclaboussures du spa bien sûr.

Un accueil catastrophique et agressif. On s'est fait engueulé parce que nous avions réservé par booking .....pourquoi alors ce patron continu à enregistrer son établissement à ce site.....l'agressivité continue quand il faut bloquer une empreinte de carte , puisque nous n'avions que le téléphone pour enregistrer notre carte. Nous voyageons beaucoup, mais nous n'avions jamais vu un tel accueil. Impossible d'annuler puisque tout le séjour était déjà payé. Petit parking

Très jolie chambre, plutôt cocooning. Il y avait tous ce qu’il fallait dans la chambre. La salle de bain au top, propre avec sèche cheveux, serviette de bain, et gel douche. La piscine est un plus que l’on a vraiment aimé. Elle est spacieuse. Les images sont conforme à l’hôtel !

Il n’y a rien que nous avons pas aimé, peut-être aurions nous aimé profiter de la piscine un peu plus tard que 20h. Mais sinon tout était parfait.

Chambre propre. Personnel bienveillant et accueillant. Piscine agréable avec le petit jardin autour.

Dommage pour la climatisation, cela aurait été préférable d'avoir un système réversible intégré dans la chambre plutôt qu'une climatisation mobile. Par ailleurs, le rideau de douche dans un hôtel... pas très hygiénique, il serait plus confortable et plus hygiénique de mettre une paroi en verre sur la baignoire.

goed, voor één nacht op weg naar de vakantie bestemming.

Ontbijt was prima, overeenkomstig met wat je kunt verwachten in een hotel. Personeel was vriendelijk. Badkamer was wat gedateerd maar alles werkte naar behoren.

Er stond airco op de bookings website maar dat bleek een mobiele airco te zijn waarbij je de slang uit het raam moet hangen. Waarbij de warme lucht van buiten weer naar binnen komt. Dweilen met de kraan open....Gelukkig koelde het in de avond af, maar met het raam open hoorde je wel het verkeer.

La literie était de bonne qualité

La climatisation en fait n’est qu’un climatisateur externe sur roulettes, il faut ouvrir la fenêtre pour mettre le tuyau dehors, il fait donc très chaud dans les chambres. Et le côté rue est vraiment très très bruyant. Nous n’avons pas dormi la nuit nous avons écourté notre séjour nous avions payé trois jours et nous sommes restés que deux. J’ai trouvé pas très commercial de ne même pas nous offrir les petits déjeuners alors que nous sommes partis et que nous avions déjà réglé la troisième nuit.
