Great pool complex and great views. Nice facility with lots to do.

Busy on the day we stayed since it was a local holiday.

The view from room was amazing. All rooms have ocean views. It is lovely and serene. The hotel is older and it does show but it is nice to get away from the crowds. We had a rental car so was no problem traveling to the sites in Hakone. Without a car it may be more challenging to get around. We had an amazing time with grandma, mother, teen daughter and elementary aged child all tooting around in a rental car around Hakone.

It was peaceful so that was a great plus. We didn’t really use much of the other facilities.

Front desk supervisor mr Hirotaka was very nice to arrange our room with beautiful ocean view, he is very kind even bilingual in Spanish. But, the bed on the lift up hard wood floor was very uncomfortable it is difficult for you to stand up on, when you wake up, I would say the original design of the bed floor might want combined the spirit of Japanese tatami style to western bed, only it becomes very uncomfortable and stiff and crowded Also, the door entrance area was very crowded with too many doors, the designer should go to Las Vegas to learn guest room designs

The view from our room was exceptional and the room was very spacious for even 5 people. The staff were super friendly. I’d definitely return to this hotel very soon.
