How attentive the staff is, they really took good care of my family especially my baby or 2 years. We tried the food by the swimming pool and the breakfast and we really recommend both

One of the most frustrating aspects of our stay was the way the room situation was presented. Instead of being transparent and simply explaining that the room category we had originally requested was no longer available and that we had therefore been moved to a different category, the staff presented it as though they were doing us a special favor by “upgrading” us. This created the impression that we should be grateful for something that was, in reality, a consequence of the hotel’s own availability issues. Another disappointing experience concerned the orientation dinner. We were informed that no reservation was necessary and that, as hotel guests, we could simply walk into the restaurant (I believe it was Goulet). However, upon arrival we were told there was no availability and were unable to secure a table. Better communication and proper coordination would have prevented this inconvenience. I can only thank to Bechir from the concierge who was very helpful. Additionally, the taxis arranged through the concierge repeatedly attempted to overcharge us. Guests naturally expect transportation arranged by the hotel to be reliable and trustworthy, so this was particularly disappointing and left a negative impression.

The hotel is well located. Very accessible to Marsa town. The hotel has an amazing spa (Kalisti) that I tried with my husband. The green area is also nice. The view to the sea is breathtaking.

Some staff are slow to react particularly in the breakfast area. The restaurants/room service should diversify the menu with more Tunisian dishes.
