Very good stay, superb staff, pricey, tired.

Staff. Location. Free transport to and from shops. Cleaning rituals by staff. 24 hour free breakfast. Air conditioning, noisy but effective. Turndown service. Minibar occasionally replenished. Fresh fruit in villa daily. Extremely clean every where. Convenient buggy to and from beach. Closeness to beach front hotel restaurants - walkable. Delightful Indonesian breakfast. Extremely friendly staff.

Villa bedroom and lounge had very poor dim lighting. Outside shower was like a hose sticking out of the wall. Beach debris was hidden under sand and became exposed after tide went out - then raked over and hidden by sand. The quality of the Italian cooked chicken was poor. Masseuse kept sneezing and clearing her throat while massaging - so vile I got up and left. A bit tired overall and overpriced compared to other properties and upscale hotels nearby.

Best romantic getaway ever!

The best accomodation we have ever stayed in. Massive pool and super spacious villa for our honeymoon. The staff are incredibly friendly and make the stay better. Rooms get cleaned the moment you leave and this was pretty much an all inclusive stay with free minibar topped up daily. Definitely returning to this one.

A Perfect Balinese Escape – Exceptional Service, Food & Val

We had an amazing vacation at this resort and would highly recommend it. The service was outstanding, with staff always attentive and ready to please every need we had. The food was excellent, whether enjoying authentic Balinese dishes or Italian cuisine, all at very fair prices. Our room was kept spotless with cleaning twice a day, and we loved the thoughtful touches like afternoon tea with treats, a refilled minibar and fresh fruit every day, and the delicious à la carte breakfast included in our stay. The shuttle to Nusa Dua made getting around convenient, and the resort’s small romantic beach with good music, tasty food, and refreshing drinks was the perfect spot to relax. The spa treatments were another highlight, offering a variety of experiences in a calming atmosphere. What stood out most was how the resort feels authentic and perfectly integrated with natural Balinese architecture, giving it a very unique charm. On top of that, everything was reasonably priced, especially considering the level of service and quality provided. Its location also makes it easy to explore other beautiful beaches and highly rated restaurants nearby. Overall, this resort strikes the perfect balance between comfort, authenticity, and value — we left with wonderful memories and would love to return.

A dream vacation with the best staff

The staff were so kind and accommodating. Whenever we called with a question they were extremely responsive and quick. We lovedddd the menu at their restaurant and we loved how we could order it to our room. We really enjoyed afternoon tea too! The room was cleaned in the morning whenever we left, which was so convenient. Then then provided turn down service, which was a bonus and we loved it. After a messy day at the beach, turn down service was much appreciated. They offered us water by the sink every day to use to brush our teeth. Amazing bonus too! The beach is a bit of a walk, especially compared to other resorts nearby that seem to be right on the beach. But they offer to drive you in a golf cart until 10pm and that was super convenient. Overall, our trip was incredible and we’re so glad we stayed at Kayumanis.

A delightful place to end our trip to relax and restore energies before heading back to winter.

Our second stay at Kayumanis and it was even better the second time. The villa pool was in the sun and was warm all day. The sunrise breakfast on the beach was a treat. The beach bar and restaurant is in a lovely sheltered spot and all the resort restaurants have amazing food options. A driver is available to take you to local areas. I recommend asking for a mattress topper in advance if you prefer a softer bed. The complimentary massage was the best of the trip. The big pool is wonderful to lounge in too. The complimentary airport drop-off was great and the car was spacious for our extra luggage. All staff members are really helpful and lovely. The grounds and gardens are beautifully kept.

The push bikes were great to have. Better maintenance would be nice - a minor point to an overall amazing stay.

Couldn't have been better

After 7 days in Seminyak, our stay at Kayumanis was just what we needed. We loved having our own pool, the staff were exceptional and exculsive feel of the complex made it different to staying in a larger hotel. Its quiet so if you are after a loud bar or resturant, don't stay here, but if you want to relax and unwind then this is the place to saty. Nothing was a problem for the staff and they couldn't have been more helpful. The free breakfasts, massages, shuttle, bikes and transfers were all great additions! We'd love to be back!

If i had to say anything, it would be that there are some small areas of maintenance needed but nothing that interferred with our stay.

Kayumanis did everything for us what we could wish for, and even more.

We had the best time here. Aftee the first day, all staff knew our names, allergies, previous orders and all. Our room was everything we wished for and more. Clean, luxurious, beautiful pool and the best cookies.

During our stay we have not found anything we did not like.

The service at this hotel was beyond our expectations. The beach is really close by and the facilites are gorgeous and really big. we had two building (one for dining and lounge, and one with the beds and the bathroom) for ourselves. The pool was great too and the food was delicious, especially on the beach and at the italian one.

It’s within the gated community of Nusa Dua - this has lots of upsides but does mean it’s harder to just head out to explore the local area

An utter disappointment

Location was great and people were nice

The food options were terrible, no pool except for the small individual pools, no workout facility, absolute rip off for what you pay, beach bar was terrible in comparison to cheaper neighboring properties, no place for yoga which was only offered once a week (other properties during our stay was daily), beds were as hard as a rock, wouldn’t stay here again.

Very helpful staff. Beach as itself. Massage and spa zone.

The hotel is very old. You feel the smell of the old furniture in the room. The bathrooms are disgusting. Taking shower outside is a good idea once weather permissions are good. Otherwise you should get used to the cold water. The sun bends on the beach are dirty. Poor breakfast. In the country where you can find all the fruits you can imagine they bring you 2 - 3 really small pieces of the unripe fruits and that’s it.

Exceptional

The staff is really welcoming and friendly with exceptional service 24×7. The moment you enter you feel like at home with the hospitality and service. The level of privacy that they provide is exceptional in all terms. We stayed there for 3 whole nights but only people we saw were on the 3rd day even though the resort was fully booked. They provided us with a microwave at request even though they didn't have it mentioned in their amenities. They do provide pick up and drop services in nearby region and to the airport which is included in the price of the villas which is great added benefit. Also their flexible breakfast for the whole day really let's you do everything as per your own schedule. The Italian restaurant Piasan has exceptional food.

There's is nothing to dislike here except that the beach is a bit far away as compared to other resorts around.
