Felt cramped outside and around dining table. Beds hard and creaky. Daughter cut foot badly on broken pool tile which required medical attention. Staff did repair it and compensated medical expenses but it did impact her holiday and will take a long time to heal. We went two days at the end of our stay with no pool towels.

AVOID THIS VILLA – Unhygienic, Infested & Misleading! We deeply regret booking Georgina Estate Villa in Bali and want to warn others before falling into the same trap. The reality of this villa is far from what is advertised—filthy, poorly maintained, and lacking basic hygiene. • Severe hygiene issues in the kitchen – It was filthy, with dirty surfaces and grimy utensils. • Rat infestation – We saw rats in and around the villa. • Shocking staff toilet setup – The staff toilets were directly connected to the kitchen with an open door, making the entire area extremely unhygienic. • Large hatch between the toilets – Instead of proper doors, there was a huge open hatch between the toilets, making privacy and cleanliness a major issue. • Only 3 large utensils to cook for 7 people – Completely impractical for a villa advertised as high-end. • No extractor fans in any bathrooms – Poor ventilation made the bathrooms stuffy and unpleasant. We were so disgusted that we vacated in 3 days out of our 7-night stay and moved to the Grand Hyatt. Despite providing photo evidence of these issues, the owners refused to accept any of our complaints or take responsibility. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS! This place is a scam and does not deserve to be listed as a luxury villa. ⭐ 1/10 – Avoid at all costs.

Staff were fantastic - the food was amazing - the best thing about this property is there staff.

rodents in the bathrooms as there are no windows - my son got biting alive by mosquitos- bed were very uncomfortable and the place had a smell of mould -

The villa was wonderful, helpful staff and chef can provide dinner and good food for you. Many complimentary stuff and that was amazing

We LOVED everything! The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond what we could imagine. The manager's communication each morning was fantastic and extremely handy helping us organise our outings. Even with an unexpected celebration the Staff made everything Funtastic. We highly recommend all the Villa Staff and especially the Driver. He catered to all our transport needs easily, being a big group of 13 and helped us get great deals on tours and new all the shopping hot spots. We felt extremely safe and if we needed help it was never a problem, they all made everything so easy. Best place to stay and holiday. We will definitly be back :)

The staff were very accommodating and spoke fairly good English. The pool was great. Breakfast each morning was filling and very tasty. Entertainment area upstairs quite relaxing and at times cool. Close to muni mart, restaurants and a plethora of spa’s. Most bedrooms were large and worked well for our family of 13. While we thought there were 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms/en-suites one of the rooms didn’t have an en-suite as it was an adjoining room. Did work well for our son, Daughter in law and 2 grandkids. The 7th open air bathroom was outside by the pool. The huge outside table was perfect for breakfast and gathering to plan the days activities. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, crockery etc. Fridge was large. This villa worked well for our family.

Although distance wise the villa isn’t that far from the shopping districts of Kuta, Legian etc because of the time of the year the traffic was horrendously busy. Most trips to these places could take anything up to 2 hours. Be prepared. The car that came with the villa wasn’t air conditioned or the aircon wasn’t working well. When you’ve got people in the car back it was a very sweaty ride. The weather in December is soooo hot so a good working car/Aircon is a must. We did ask for a better car but we got the same one each time. The aircons in most of the rooms couldn’t cope with heat so a lot of time was spent in the pool. Shower water pressure was a bit hit and miss but warm. Power did go off one night. Took a while to get it back on and required access into one of the occupied rooms. Staff were a bit reluctant to do so.
