Very nice location, near the hotel there’s a market, multiple places to eat out, Hotel kaķis cafe food was very delicious and worth the price. Some of the nicest places i’ve stayed ☺️

I really enjoyed the 'feline' appeal of the place. We adored the decorations since we also have cats at home.
I always appreciate when rooms have books or newspapers in the local language.

It was very clean, staff was helpful, breakfast was good. It’s a very simple room, but perfectly acceptable. No luxuries, but clean and comfortable.
Up a lot of stairs and no elevator. Fine if you have no issues, but for someone with back issues, hauling a suitcase up was tough!
