Large room with a good bathroom. Water heated up with no problem for us. Self check in was smooth. Good value. Free parking in lot
The pillows were a little flat. As others have pointed out, the signage and front door location was a bit confusing. The price was good enough to overlook those small issues.

Location superb and parking, quiet - but only when no one was opening their doors!
No reception or staff. Basically an air bnb with key left out, no fresh towels or room being made up. All very dated
