Silver Hotel Budapest City Center

A very nice hotel full facilities excellent location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was nice.

Nothing to complain about.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness of the room, the view from the balcony at breakfast and the general staff friendliness.

The roof height of the family room, upstairs was too low to stand up and a staff member who served other guests which came into the foyer after us causing us to have to wait unnecesssarily in the queue

Very close to the metro station and places to eat.

A little bit old fashioned but we liked it.

Considering the hotel price, the location was the best thing I paid for. I checked in quickly and checked out easily. The breakfast was okay as a standard for hotels, but it really lacked at least one kind of vegetables. The room had a disposable air freshener and air conditioner, and the plumbing was clean.

The room walls were made of some kind of soft synthetic material and were all stained; there were also a few stains on the linens. What concerned me most was that the room door was just an ordinary white plastic door that locked with a regular key with only one turn, and even the handle would stick. And someone tried the door handle in the evening. Thankfully, I always lock my room, but on this trip I was traveling solo, and it made me feel unsafe. I could also constantly hear noise through the walls. It did not bother me too much, but it was still noticeable.
