Molto buono fatto che fosse molto vicino a dove prendere tram o bus. Appartamento pulito, tutto in ordine.
Il fatto che non c'è praticamente staff, è vero che puoi mandare messaggi ma la risposta ovviamente non è immediata, unico punto negativo. Inoltre non abbiamo capito come gestire l'aria condizionata perché in ogni stanza c'era un apparecchio per modificare la temperatura ma era come se la temperatura fosse centralizzata in tutto il palazzo.

Ottimo appartamento e ottima la zona in cui si trova perché abbastanza vicino al centro. Pulito e molto confortevole con un eccellente sistema di raffreddamento. Dotato di tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno.
Poiché non ci sono pulizie giornaliere lascerei una scopa e una paletta

Everything was great, i would definitely book again!
I suggest you to add a shelf or stand for toiletries in the shower and provide a few more coffee capsules for the coffee machine, as only one coffee per person for the entire stay was supplied. Otherwise, everything was exceptional.

Newer and clean
Customer service non existent after online check in and for the next 3 nights of my stay. They did not respond to any of my text messages and when they did finally respond they blamed me for texting instead of calling them. Also, the cooling system they have is not AC and cannot regulate temperature below 23C. The air stays stuffy inside the rooms.
