    We checked in after midnight on the 15 th May due to the delay of the train. The female staff at the reception didn’t welcome us at all and didnt want to help us either as au required one more blanket and towel. She rejected and said one customer could get only one towel. Then she looked the the clock and said she didn’t have the key for the linen cabinet. I never met such attitude or customer service in other hotels in Europe. It was really awful service and no hospitality at all.

    De badkamer rook constant naar urine, de kamer werd één keer in drie dagen schoongemaakt, het bed had delen van een ander bed onder de matras waardoor het oncomfortabel was om op te slapen. Het ontbijt was bijna een ramp, het sinaasappelsap was gemaakt van poeder met water, hetzelfde gold voor de koffie. Kortom, bespaar jezelf de moeite en zoek een andere plek.
