The hotel is very close to the forest entry, laybe the closes among all the hotels in luso. It's also very close to the village square, some restaurants and markets.
People are very nice, although they generally don't speak languages other than portuguese, we always managed to communicate.
Our check-in was planned for 1pm, but due to some errors, maybe from booking.com, the hotel thought it was at 3pm. We also booked the hotel for the view, at the forest. Unfortunately, according to the lady at the reception, no room was available, which is a surprise because we only met one person in the hotel during our stay.
