Amarande hotel was absolutely amazing! Every staff member was beyond perfect – so friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The service was exceptional, and the food was incredible as well. Our room was very modern and high-tech — we could order food directly to the room and even book spa treatments through the TV. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, keeping everything spotless. Overall, it was an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay, and I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

Most luxurious hotel and best vacations we ever experienced! The dinner was absolutely fabulous, total 5 star experience, breakfast amazing. The variety and quality of food was exceptional. Hotel is modern and well designed, clean and has everything you wish to have during vacations. I can not wait to return every year and spend a week here again.

Our stay at Amarande

This was our third stay at Amarande, and once again, everything was absolutely immaculate. The level of service here keeps us coming back. Ioanna and Maria went above and beyond with every request we had, always checking in to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout our stay. Their professionalism and kindness truly made us feel welcome. The restaurant staff were equally amazing – attentive, friendly, and consistently delivering excellent service. From start to finish, the whole experience was flawless. Amarande remains our top choice in Ayia Napa, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Amarande short stay

Rooms were clean, staff was polite, plenty of good quality sunbeds by the pool. Breakfast had many choices. We had dinner on Sunday and it was very good. At the time it was charged at €30pp.The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

Our hopes for our day was a bit more than our experience.

The hotel staff was extremely welcoming, professional, and courteous. The hotel and our room was very clean. And the restaurant and restaurant staff was ab-so-lute-ly incredible.

For a 5-star hotel, we were very underwhelmed. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail. But it merely tasted like a weak lemonade-like drink. The hotel staff was very welcoming, but again, for a 5-star hotel, we were underwhelmed by the lobby and our room. We paid extra to have a room with a view, but the majority of our view consisted of the veranda roof. We did not visit the spa, weight room, or the pool, so we cannot comment on those. the food But, as previously stated, the restaurant and restaurant staff was ab-so-lute-ly incredible.

Our Perfect Summer Tradition at Amarande

For the second year in a row, we visited Amarande Hotel and once again our experience was simply perfect! 🔝 There is absolutely nothing that left us less than impressed – from the facilities, to the food, and of course the amazing staff. Everything is of the highest quality, and it shows in every detail. The hotel radiates luxury, comfort, and tranquility. The food is outstanding, with a fantastic variety and flavors that make you look forward to every meal. And of course, the staff! They are not just a beautiful “showcase” for the hotel, but genuinely wonderful people. We grew very close to them, spent a lot of time talking, and sharing moments, which made our stay even more special. It has now become a tradition for us – every August we dedicate 5-7 days here to relax and enjoy Amarande’s unique hospitality. We are already looking forward to our next visit! 🌟

Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel, it was beyond our expectations. It's truly luxurious and I think the price is very fair compared to what we get. It's calm since it's adults only, the view from the pool is amazing, food was excellent. We even participate to yoga and pilates class with a very nice instructor. It's close to a beautiful public beach with water sports. You can walk to the city center in about 10-15 minutes.

Best vacation we have ever had

Everything is in high class. The rooms, facilities and especially the service. We had so many requests, and they were all provided by the team and the amazing Maria. The location is perfect - near a beautiful beach, the lover bridge, sculpture park and the city center.

Most horrible hotel imaginable.

It was the worst hotel experience ever. We booked an “inland view” room expecting a peaceful view of the hills, as suggested by the photos on the website. However, upon arrival, we were shocked to discover that our room directly overlooked a loud children’s water park. Nowhere on the hotel’s website was this mentioned, which felt incredibly misleading. When we politely addressed our disappointment at the reception, we were met with a shockingly rude response. The receptionist snapped at us, saying “What did you expect?!” and “Why did you book inland view then?”—completely unacceptable behavior towards paying guests who calmly voiced a concern. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully in a hotel setting. Although we were eventually offered an upgrade, it was only for the last three days of our stay, so we declined paying more to this hotel. Frankly, it’s also misleading to advertise your hotel as “adults only” when a noisy children’s water park is literally right below most of the rooms. Sure, the hotel itself might not admit children, but that doesn’t help when you're woken up by screaming kids every morning, and there is a children's music party in the evening nearby too... The breakfast was mediocre—nothing particularly bad, but certainly not memorable, given that Cyprus has a very good cuisine. Staff behavior was inconsistent throughout our stay. While some employees were kind and professional, others were incredibly rude. We even witnessed staff members arguing loudly with each other in the lobby in front of guests. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Another red flag is how the hotel responds to negative feedback online. They often go into defensive arguments with guests, insisting the reviewers are wrong rather than taking responsibility or offering understanding. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on their overall approach to hospitality. Overall, I would never return to this hotel.

Wonderful and friendly service, very clean facilities in excellent shape, high quality, abundant and delicious breakfast as well as plentiful and tasty lunch options in the lunch restaurant by the pool. We had only bed & breakfast, not half or full board, but really enjoyed all the options for lunch to buy in the restaurant. Kudos for the service, we forgot one item in the room when we left but the hotel mailed it to us without a cost. Thank you!

The hotel is not on the beach if that's what you're looking for. However the closest beach is only 200m away and we really enjoyed staying at the pool where the service was excellent and friendly and the cocktails beautiful and tasty.

Amazing stay - you won't regret it!

Loved everything! The location, service, staff, amenities and rooms were perfect. So clean! Stunning views of the sea located only a short walk away. The breakfast was incredible with a lot of choice. The beds in the rooms were the most comfy hotel beds I've ever stayed in. The view from the sea view rooms are amazing and each room has a great feature where you can control everything from opening the blinds, turning on lights and controlling the AC from your bed or an app on your phone. The staff were all so friendly and attentive. The pool was stunning - the water was very cold but there is a heated indoor pool at the spa which was perfect to swim in and there were no issues with securing a sun lounger, even later in the day. The pool bar served fab drinks and food. A bit pricey but nothing too steep compared to local restaurants. The location was fab - so close to a gorgeous beach and not too far from the centre of town but far enough away from the loud bars. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. We will definitley be back!

The only thing I can say was a negative was that you can't take your own drinks/snacks to the pool, but that was a very minor inconvenience and the pool bar served amazing drinks and food - loved the steak sandwich!!

Comfortable loungers by the pool and service at the pool bar to your loungers was excellent. Cocktails were of a good quality. Non sea view Rooms are not great- luckily we were moved but we would stay again. They don’t serve eggs Benedict or suchlike from order at breakfast like May other up market 5 stars do in cyprus (like Park Lane in Limassol or Columbia Beach in Pissouri). They only Offered omelettes.

I liked the view of my room. The pool is nice . Nice breakfast and thematic dinner . The girls in the spa as doing excellent work ! They had nice live music every day . Nice parking.

The only I didn’t like it’s that I requested 4 months in advance to have a room on high floor and when I arrived they gave me a room on 2nd floor because there was no availability on higher floor . After talking to the manager we managed to get the room I requested already so months in advance. But that was the first impression I had about the service. Fortunately there was good ending even I got stressed .

Wonderful Escape - Great Hotel

We stayed 4 nights, the hotel is new and modern, the staff excellent. Big breakfast and dinner buffet, tasty and quality food. Easy access and free parking. The pool clean and quiet but also public beach nearby. Great escape, we will came again.

Couldn’t recommend the hotel more highly. The rooms are high tech with lighting options and electric curtains, it’s such a wonderful touch! Sensational food at Aleria restaurant - the chef is a creative genius and the desserts are so beautiful to look at (and taste). Tamas is fantastic and very accommodating - a great Guest relations Manager. Everyone was very smiley, helpful, kind and accommodating across the hotel! Easily the nicest place in Ayia Napa, if not on the whole island. 10/10 would recommend.

The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the taxi they ordered me at the very end! This isn’t a reflection of the hotel, though!!
