Lovely and comfortable property in a good area with great staff

Worth the price for what you get.

The location is pretty close to Chapultepec and Reforma avenue which is a quite recommendable option for price-location. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was pretty friendly.

In general, I do not have complaints as I did know what to expect. Perhaps the TV is an area to improve. The remote control was not working at all and fortunately, I was not looking for TV in particular.

Nice hotel

A convenient hotel in the Polanco district. The rooms are quite spacious, have a refrigerator, and all the basic amenities are provided. They don't provide breakfast, but there is a delicious breakfast restaurant nearby, so be sure to check it out.

Stay away can’t even leave your personal property in the room. No security

No a/c, i booked on booking.com but when i arrived they charged me over double if what booking stated. A bunch of scammers.

Good value, but odd layout.

Large room. Kitchenette. Good shower. Huge bed. Laundry. Closet space. Good value.

Directly above a busy intersection. Windows would not open. Smell of cleaning supplies and traffic.

Lovely spacious place with nice staff

Great location, very spacious and meeting our requirements with a toddler to use the kitchenette. We were able to do laundry as well. The place was always well cleaned and rooms were made everyday. Location was perfect to visit the city, people were very nice and helpful.

The toilet was leaking a little bit in the night. I am sure they can get this repaired and it should be sorted. The restaurant is not very active, they don’t have a lot of customers and the one time we ordered breakfast, the cheese didn’t feel fresh. But the chef checked and said it was ok, we preferred to cancel the order, and they did the very best to compensate us by not charging us for that. The staff did their best to accommodate. Lastly they need to do something in the location online when using Uber. The location is not well listed and takes us a few 100m away from the actual hotel.

Lovely stay, I would recommend for a short trip to Mexico City

Lovely staff, many yummy breakfast options, location is great, great shower.

The AC was just above our heads and would leak when used which meant we couldn’t use it. The highway is noisy.

Absolutely loved this hotel - the rooms were huge and exquisitely clean. I felt so at home here. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were limited - they have a large menu but only a select few things were included when your stay is ‘breakfast included’.

Good place that covers all the bases well!

We had the executive suite which came at a very reasonable price. Nice large room with a kitchen even though we didn’t use it other than the coffee maker and mini fridge. Even though we were next to a busy street/freeway we heard little in the way of street noise. Breakfast was more than adequate and staff was very friendly and accommodating. A/C was effective and quiet.

So this property must’ve been considered very luxurious in its day but it could use some updating - particularly in the bathroom. Nothing really to complain about but just to be aware of.

Great hotel, staff and location

Great location, near Chapultepek and in a safe area. The staff was really nice and willing to help us. We also used the driving service of the hotel once. The suite was big, huge bed, cleaning service every day. Nice Terrasa. Great view

Everything was pretty good. Just to note that the one time we visited the Terrasa, they couldn't serve some of the menu. Not enough light in the living room but most of the staying we were outside.
