This beautifully renovated Victorian house perfectly combines historic charm with modern comfort. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and beautifully well maintained. The location is excellent, with cafés, supermarkets, and public transport all within easy walking distance. The lady in charge was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely helpful. I would highly recommend Charlotte Guest House to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in London.

Location was perfect, few minutes from tube and overland trains. Comfortable bed and good shower - no shower gel provided.
No AC, but was able to request a fan as arrived on hottest day of the year!

Location is very good, you have access to train, overground and underground as well as bus services. There are plenty of restaurants for different kitchen options. The room we stayed in was very spacious and on the ground floor so we did not have to climb any stairs. The staff was very friendly both at the reception and cleaning staff and they have done their work excellently.
There was renovation work in the main building where the reception is, breakfast was not available, in our previous stays we liked the breakfast served very much and it was a bit disappointing having to have breakfast outside and paying extra for it.
The room was facing the street and the street is very noisy during rush hour and when garbage collectors are collecting the garbage right in front of our window, I would not stay in that room again and would ask for an inward looking room possibility.
