The place was gorgeous and had different pools and the staffs were amazing and really nice especially Carli the lady that helped us Checkin she answered any questions we may get have booked reservations and even helped with our birthday decoration last minute

Loved it all

That my ring that was a family heirloom and it was taken, I realized I left two things in the room after check out and was taken back to get them and they were gone so the staff member asked a housekeeper and she had the charger but said there was no ring. I searched all my belongings and I didn’t have either.

Zel Punta Cana is truly wonderful! The facilities and décor are impeccable, creating a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere throughout the resort. The restaurants are excellent, the cocktails are outstanding, and making reservations is easy and convenient. What stood out the most to me, however, was the staff. They are exceptionally attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Unlike some resorts, they do not constantly expect tips, and they treat all guests with the same warmth and respect regardless of gratuities. Another highlight is the resort’s relaxing and wellness-focused program. There are daily yoga sessions and creative afternoon activities that allow you to bring home unique souvenirs and memories from your trip. Overall, Zel Punta Cana offers the perfect balance of comfort, relaxation, great food, and outstanding hospitality.

There could be more options at night.

The only pluss for me was the quietness and decor

The food selection was limited, the room service was terrible, only two restaurants available for dinner, the beach restaurant food was bad and good food poisoning, and food undercooked.
