Cleaner than a 5 star Hotel. Best value for money in Cannes!

Cleaner than a 5 star hotel, free parking available, very nice english and spanish speaking host. We had a problem with the motorcycle and he helped allot with tools, and even helped me to fix it! Restaurants and bars very close. Best value for money! Thank you Jean Francois and keep doing the great work you do!!!

Canned budget holiday good price for this very expensive area

The receptionist was very friendly The air conditioning worked well The room was clean and ok nothing special Only 3 km from Cannes port Next door to McDonald's for breakfast and evening meal Supermarket opposite to restock on essential supplies

On an industrial estate Next door to McDonald's so noisy with customers until.midnoght and staff and deliveries early morning and late on a night Room very basic but clean

The hotel owners went above and beyond to help me when I stayed here. I had an accident in town and they helped me with medical items (and Mary even dressed my wound! )assisting to get transport and also brought breakfast to my room. They were so kind and generous and I can’t say enough good things about them and my stay here. I have never experienced such hospitality and I have travelled the world- they really care about their guests and had an amazing human touch. I am deeply grateful to them for their kindness.

Affordable hotel option if attending Cannes film festival

The rooms were clean and the hotel is an affordable option located somewhat near the Cannes Film Festival venue (20-25 min by bus). The bus stop is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. A grocery store and pharmacy just across the street made it easy to grab refreshments. The owner and cleaning staff were friendly, and the hotel felt secure with lobby access restricted by a door passcode provided at check-in.

The walls were quite thin, so we could easily hear our neighbors. Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception desk when we arrived at 4 p.m., but another guest kindly let us into the lobby, and we only had to wait approximately 10-15 minutes for the receptionist to arrive. It would be helpful if the hotel could be more responsive to our messages on booking.com app and formal emails before our trip- we were enquiring whether we could check in earlier and we got a response from them once we escalated this with the Booking.com team.

I found bed bites on me another day. I looked up and those were bed bugs. I am very upset

Disappointing

Sound insulation really poor. Was not easy to sleep with all the arguments and sex coming from the room next door. Staff was awsome , but couldnt sleep

Poor

Cannes city centre was reachable by bus even late at night. The bus service was convenient and well organized. The hotel is surrounded by a commercial centre with a lot of shops and a big supermarket nearby.

The property was old and not well kept. The room was quite small and the walls very thin so you could hear guests in other rooms nearby. Cleanness was ok. The furniture looked old and filthy. The staff was not present at arrival and we had to call him on the phone. Breakfast is not included, it cost 8,5 euros and you need to eat it in your bed because they don't have a breakfast room. Better pick up some food at the nearby supermarket.
