Pretty hotel

A great hotel in a good location (if you don't mind occasional plane or helicopter sound). Has enough parking and it is close enough to the main roads so you can easily get to every destination, a lot of grocery shops, restaurants and gas station around. Rooms we stayed in are newly renovated so it is all very clean, but not very big, and we had a little terrace in front of the room to enjoy lovely weather and nature. Bed was large and comfy. Breakfast is quite good and you have a basic range of products too choose from.

If you are sensitive to the sounds, you should be aware that sometimes you do have some plane sounds. I would have loved to have a hair dryer in the room but I did not check can I get it from the reception, so that's on me. As well a little fridge or a kettle is a great addition to have some drinks with you to enjoy the terrace.

Worst experience ever

I receive a message that they are going to relocate me. They send mi to a residence with a much lower category, the price was one third of what i have paid. It was dirty with noun on the walls. I had to find myslef another place (that took me 5 min) with a similar standard and a similar price. THey just wanted to make more money on my reservation. Be carefull with them. Do not trust.

A cheap option if you are visiting Cannes

Nice clean room, ideal for a short break, the cheapest place in Cannes. The room had all the basic facilities. Close to the local Airport and i could see a supermarket across the road.

Far away from the centre, you need to take a 20 min bus. Luckily the stop is only 2 min walk

This is a 3*** hotel and I have stayed in 2 star hotels that had a better service.

Quiet location. A hotel who can accomodate all of us (30 persons) together even though it was 6 km from the city center. The hotel is comparable to a motel in the USA. Free Parking

The breakfast. It was limited (1 croissant & 1 coffee. Had to ask for orange juice) The bread basket was empty, no cups for coffee, no glass for orange juice. You have to ask the lady behind the bar for cups, glass of juice. or croissant. You can press the machine to get your coffee but you'd need a cup. The breakfast Personal was unfriendly and she didn't check or add what is missing on the table at the side of the coffee machine. The hotel is about 6 km from the city .A disadvantage when you dont travel with your own car. We were in a hired tourist bus & we wanted to go to the city for dinner. Our bus brought us all to the city but we had to take a taxi to return to the hotel.The tariff one way was Euro 55.- (at 22h.) There was a taxi meter. Other friends were charged Euro 90,.- for 2 persons for the same time ca 22h.

The property needs serious maintenance.

Location

Swimming pool not available. Rooms and bathroom very rundown due to possible water leak from the bathroom shower which caused damaged to the walls and floor of bedroom. Lots of humidity in the room. Needs more than just fixing.

Nothing!

Very noisy. Thin walls and you hear everything, even people going to toilet. Don't stay here if you want to sleep at all - people up all night and it's like they're in the same room. Also didn't feel secure , the door didn't lock properly and the room was grotty. Overall not pleasant.
