    The hotel was great! Room was clean and comfy. Easy walking to Kensington Palace, Hyde Park, and connection to the tube and bus stops. This was our first trip to London and I would stay here again!

    Perfect location to explore Kensington, and access Kings Cross St Pancras International train station plus the Underground. Lovely spacious room.

    At best this is a mid- range 3 star hotel. The hotel is very, very tired. Marks on walls, all the timber furniture chipped, poor workmanship in the bathrooms the appearance of mould here and there, aircon is pure luck of the draw depending on which room you are allocated, bathroom plugs that don’t work, safes that are broken (2 different rooms), globes that don’t work, almost every floorboard creeks, lofts that are broken (tricky if you are on the 3rd or 4th floor, especially tricky if elderly), the smell of smoke on the lower levels, the lifts are from the 60s and way too long and are tiny. Positives are the location and Earl’s Court train station is about 450m away. Feels like the owners haven’t spent a cent on it in over 10year Disappointing
