8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Good location in central London, the price was reasonable, the staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Breakfast was included (continental) but the choice was very limited, a few more items would have been welcome. The climb up the stairs to the upper bedrooms is considerable, needs taking into account if you are elderly or have mobility issues. Some facilities need repair/fixing, it looks as if this is in progress.

Location, beds, power plugs, staff.
The shower, which was so small that we (unaffectionately) called it THE DRIP.

We were attending a nearby venue and this was great for that. Staff were polite and friendly
The hotel is very tired. Most rooms we saw were in need of redecorating. Our room was tiny and hard to get around. Six flights of stairs and quite steep to get to our room. No lift in the building.
