Hotel a bit tired inside. No nice bar area. Central heating in room didn't work, had to ask for a stand alone heater to heat room. Breakfast all th buffet items had run out or dried up. Had to ask to have it refreshed. Only nice part of the hotel was the pool area. Management need to work on the rest. Bit disappointing. Wouldn't stay again really

Last minute ( 3 hours before check) booking. Room was very spacious , quiet and relaxing . staff cannot help enough , swimming and gym facilities first class. Location to Chester less than 10 minutes to centre.

Beautiful location , very clean and friendly , food from bar good but a limited choice , superior double was excellent with enormous bathroom facilities are very good one niggle in the men’s changing area very few lockers would actually lock. I would recommend as excellent for a short spa break

Went here for my partner's Bday because the location looked pretty and because of the pool access. No one informed us that the pool would be closed the whole time we were there. Did not get room service for the first night not until I called reception Room service was not the best no one came to collect our tray it was just sitting in our room. Shower was super hot we couldnt use it. Overall awful experience for the price we paid.
