The staff on reception are lovely, a few of the bar staff are not and I won’t stay again unless I really have to.

The staff on reception were lovely and helpful, left me some sweets that I unfortunately couldn’t take with me and a free drink voucher which was very kind.

The food, was absolutely terrible, I had a steak, had to eat what I could as I had not had any food since 9am that morning but for what I paid I expected it to be better, it was like chewing rubber and was not a nice experience at all, I didn’t sleep well unfortunately as I had an upset stomach, luckily I have tablets with me to take or I may not have been able to get on my flight! The guy behind the bar wasn’t interested at all when I explained I wasn’t happy. Also, I was hoping for a pudding but they stopped serving and nobody came to tell me. I had a similar experience with a meal when it was Jury’s Hotel, I actually missed my flight! Sadly, I won’t be eating there again, probably choose another Hotel because I also asked for a quiet room but all I could hear was the road noise even with ear plugs in! Tired and not the relaxing night I’d hoped for!

Reception warm and efficient. Room and facilities all spotlessly clean and everything working. Restaurant excellent service, good choice, not overpriced and good portions! All in all, Leonardo delivered on all fronts.

Just a quick stop after a late flight into East Midlands, hotel is in a excellent stop and we always leave the car with no problems.

Remember just my own, but arrived late and is so UK, can not pay a can of beer after 11pm, here is one that will upset some, the duvet was too thick.

lovely as always and within walking distance to the airport.

room very clean as always maybe could do with a bit of an upgrade with usb ports for phones maybe. i requested a ground floor room which was better as they is no lift to the first floor. Also on entering the room lovely and warm and i was selected for guest of the day with a free refreshment and a box of toffees!! Thank you very much.

Abrupt female recepcionist could do with a little more training on not what to say, but how it's said to customers. The hotel did not accept cash, although we had card, we also had UK pounds which were no use to us due to where we live. There should be no reason why a hotel does not accept cash for anything??

Not the best stay for us.

The closeness to the airport.

Our bathroom light was flickering on off and was faulty and we reported it but nobody except maintenance was allowed to fix it but they were not on until the next day so we had to use the torch on phone. Our room was also quite noisy and didn’t get the best nights sleep. Air con unit was very hard to operate as well.

Was in a ground floor room and the smell in the passageway to get to our room literally made me vomit. Had to try hold my breath and run whenever we left the room. Mouldy, damp, strong small. Bedrooms was so hot we struggled to sleep

Breakfast wasn’t great, the hot food wasn’t very hot and lack of staff available to cook items that were available such as poached eggs. I wouldn’t pay for breakfast again
