Everything

Location is ideal for me. Staff are usually nice, a bit cooler this time and not warm but polite. Lovely room and facilities. Unexpected upgrade much appreciated. Fast becoming my go to place in London! Love the art.

Liked everything.

My stay was very very good! it was during the heatwave in August so the A/C unit in the room was a life-saver, even when it was a bit weaker for my preference I called the reception and within minutes a tech came in to take a look at it and a hotel staff member brought an extra portable cooling fan which solved the cooling issue. The staff was welcoming from the very first moment making friendly conversation and helping me get my luggage up to my room without having to ask at all. Breakfast was up to European Standards with a good selection and a nice clean breakfast/dining room. Housekeeping was very discreet and efficient since they didn't seem to have a very specific cleaning schedule and would go into the rooms when unoccupied. Lastly the location was great, very close to the centre and well connected all the way around with 2 supermarkets less than 1 minute away and a McDonald's next to it, perfect for a late night bite!

The room was a bit smaller than I'm used to but that is to be expected in London and if you are travelling solo it shouldn't be a problem at all, other than that the room is very modern (very recently renovated), comfortable and reflects well the Standards of a 4 star Raddison hotel, I would even argue that it's better than some 5 star hotels in London.

Location

Noisy, rooms not amazing.
