Great location- amazing views
Night times were to noisy, each night loud people in corridors, had to go out and ask them to keep it down at mid night each night.
The windows weren’t great especially on a windy night.
Breakfast wasn’t the best.

Had another lovely stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, the rooms are great, and the staff are always so welcoming—especially Alison and Val, who really make the experience special. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and one of the best things is how dog-friendly it is. Would definitely recommend!

I have stayed here for 3 days out of every month since spring 2025 and on the whole its been ok however its dropped in standards.
My room had the most uncomfortable bed, the mattress or lack of it just had no support, the TV in fact all the TV,s are outdated and are not kept up to date with channels, they are not tuned and only have the chancels from 1974. Breakfast is served from 7am, i turned up at 6.,55 with 1 other guest in a room that seat a hundred, i asked if i could get a coffee and sit down, when ready please come and take my order, NO you cant come and sit down i was told. At 7am in we go and then it takes until 10 past to have your order taken, not acceptable. the staff are always changing, new ones in every month, maybe people have just had enough. The second morning, 60 tourists all down for breakfast and its chaos........The lift is also broken and has been for months, so if you are not good with stairs, check first.
