The room was quiet, clean, good temperature, warm shower and a comfortable bed. The room was modern with high standard of decor. There was parking which was very necessary. The staff were friendly and helpful. Card key, fridge and microwave was useful. Good price. Good facilities.
The tv had options for Internet but did not connect to router I should have asked reception about it. The 4 pillows were all too big there should be two thin ones. No number to phone reception all hours.

Great room , very well appointed with a mini kitchen which was a great asset. The staff were very friendly, helpful and upgraded our room great location and a good view of the half marathon.
In the porch was an old sheet that did not move for the three days we were there. We thought it was for a rough sleeper, which concerned us.

Location, access to parking.
Noisy on Saturday night.
Little sound insulation from room upstairs whilst came in very late and left early.
Heating control wasn't very sensitive, so you were either cold or boiling.
Bathroom was tiny.
