We absolutely loved our stay at Drossia Palms ! The hotel is perfectly located right in the centre of Malia, close to everything, yet it is incredibly peaceful and quiet. The contrast between the lively streets outside and the calm, relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter the hotel is truly surprising and very enjoyable. The staff were absolutely wonderful and always went above and beyond to help us with any question, reservation or request. We really felt well looked after throughout our entire stay. Everything was exceptionally clean. Our room was cleaned every day, and both the rooms and the common areas were always spotless. The food was also very enjoyable and perfect for a light meal or snack by the pool or on the terrace. We also had a massage outside on the grass, in an incredibly peaceful setting with no noise at all, which was such a relaxing and memorable experience. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful : peaceful, welcoming and relaxing, while still being in the heart of Malia. We had an amazing stay ! Thank you.

The breakfast was unfortunately the only aspect that did not quite meet our expectations. We were expecting a little more variety and quality, especially considering that some drinks are available at an additional charge. We were also a little disappointed that our room did not have a bathtub, despite having requested one several times before our arrival. We completely understand that special requests are subject to availability, but it would have been a nice touch, particularly as we were celebrating our anniversary. That being said, these points did not prevent us from having a wonderful stay overall.

The room was very spacious, very clean. The toilet and bathroom were very clean and with a very interesting design. The balcony was behind the hotel but it didn't bother me at all, it was quiet and cool. I recommend 100%, you won't regret it. Very friendly staff, perfect location. Bed was very comfortable, big and soft.

I didn't like that I only spent 4 days there.😁 We'll be back next year 100%

Beautiful property with an amazing pool side. The most amazing thing was the people ♥️so kind, helpful and friendly! Family feel hotel. Will be back 🙏🏽
