Our stay was wonderful. We had a bright and quiet room which exceeded our expectations. After our arrival we received a warm welcome and felt like regular guests right from the start. The breakfast has a wide selection and great banana bread. You can relax at the pool or walk a few meters to the lake Garda. We will definitely stay here again the next time.

THe location of the Villa Franca is fantastic, very easy to get to by car from the main road with private parking right next to the hotel. Villa Franca is a very quiet place with a large enough beautiful garden with a swimming pool. All the staff is extremely kind and helpful, always working hard and always in a good mood which made our stay super enjoyable. Not only breakfast but all the food we had there was excellent and the rooms were super clean. We loved the possibility to use their available bikes and ride around the area. There are plenty of easy bike routes to explore. We recommend Villa Franca very much and would love to stay there again.

Excellent service; comfortable, clean room with spacious balcony; nice pool and other facilities; free use of city bikes; reasonably priced restaurant with generous portions; wonderful breakfast. We would definitely return.

The only suggestion we'd make is perhaps to have a little background music in the restaurant.

Прекрасный отель в чудесном месте-пешком до Рива Дель Гарда! До озера 2 минуты прогулочным шагом. Отличная стоянка для машин, комфортная сауна, бассейн. Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные! И ,конечно,самое очаровательное- вас с первой минуты встречает добрейший персонал гостиницы!, Вы чувствуете себя,как дома. Спасибо за душевный прием и заботу. Вернемся обязательно!

Ein wunderbares, familiengeführtes Hotel mit einer unglaublich herzlichen Atmosphäre! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnliche Frühstück – liebevoll zubereitet, abwechslungsreich und einfach köstlich. Auch die Küche am Abend begeistert: Jeden Abend überraschen neue Tagesgerichte und eine authentische italienische Küche, die jeden Gaumen verwöhnt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: ein einladender Außen- sowie Innenpool und eine angenehme Sauna sorgen für perfekte Entspannung. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten – ideal auch für Familien, die viel Platz schätzen. Ein echtes Highlight ist das gemütliche Kaminzimmer, das am Abend zum Verweilen einlädt – bei typischen italienischen Getränken von der Bar und guter Gesellschaft fühlt man sich hier schnell wie zu Hause. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für den wirklich persönlichen Service, der einfach glücklich macht!

Titolari e personale gentilissimi, la struttura dispone di una spa e due piscine, la colazione è ottima e con una vasta scelta di prodotti, la struttura è vicinissima al centro di Torbole.

Sehr gerne wieder!

Schönes Zimmer, großer Balkon, trotz der Lage an einer befahrenen Straße, war davon im Zimmer und auch bei offener Balkontür nichts zu hören. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker, das Essen im Restaurant war auch hervorragend und alle Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage für Fahrräder, in der man die Räder sicher abstellen kann, einen Waschplatz und eine kleine Reparaturstation.

Nicht gefallen ist falsch ausgedrückt, man muss eher sagen was ich nicht optimal fand. Man konnte keine Massagen buchen, weil es keinen Masseur gab.

Perfekter Kurzurlaub

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Villa Franca war rundum perfekt. Schon bei der Ankunft fühlte man sich willkommen und alle waren wahnsinnig aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist angenehm entspannt und persönlich – man merkt, dass hier Wert auf echte Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Das Zimmer war super und das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr umfangreich und lecker. Besser geht es nicht!

Unser gesamter Aufenthalt Anfang Juni war wunderbar ! Das gesamte Personal, ob Hotelleitung oder Mitarbeiter, waren sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit in jeglicher Hinsicht ! Sehr positiv war die Kommunikation, die auch in deutscher Sprache möglich war, herzlichen Dank. Wir bekamen Hilfe zur Information von Ausflügen. Das Allerbeste war das Frühstück.... :-)) Natürlich auch das abendlichen Menue, welches man wahlweise zubuchen konnte. Rundum Mille Bene !! Wir möchten wiederkommen !!

Kleines, gemütliches Hotel, mit tollem Garten und Pool. Essen (Frühstück und Mittagessen) super. Lage sehr gut, Gardasee quasi direkt vor der Tür.

Stockbett für die Kinder zum Aufklappen. Hatte Angst es klappt zusammen, wenn Kinder darin schlafen.
