A thoughtfully designed and well-organized hotel that exceeds expectations, with personalized breakf

The small hotel immediately stood out from the local average. The overall design, as well as the details, were very thoughtfully executed and practical. Upon arrival, we received a questionnaire about our breakfast preferences, and in the morning, our chosen meal was waiting for us at the table right on time.

There is also Musli, fresh baked local cakes or croissants available. Black tea, wonderful coffee or other drinks, f. e. juices, complete the breakfast menu. Everyone will find something delicious. All products are fresh and of high quality. The staff is very helpful and kind to the guests.

It is a very nice place, rooms are clean and nicely equipped, great breakfast and only 5 minutes walk to the beach or restaurants and bars. The staff are also really nice. There are also free bikes and umbrellas available to the guests.

A superb hotel with fabulous staff

The property was spacious and had excellent facilities in the rooms. the rooms and the bathrooms were large for a hotel and even the ground floor rooms had their own balconies. The air conditioning was essential and worked brilliantly. Breakfast was perfect for us, the staff were charming and extremely helpful and kind. There is on site parking which was brilliant. There were lots of books and games to use whilst we were there as well as a table tennis table and a foosball table. The rooms were serviced each day and the staff noticed that I had used a blanket to prop up my pillow so gave me another pillow without me having to ask. Such excellent care.

Eine gute Wahl für den Urlaub in Torbole.

Das Hotel war eine sehr gute Wahl für den Urlaub in Torbole. Zur Stadt und zum Strand war es nur ein kurzer Fussweg. Das Zimmer war modern und gut ausgestattet und das Frühstück war jeden morgen absolut top. Zu erwähnen ist noch das sehr freundliche Personal und die perfekte Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel. Eigener geräumiger Parkplatz mit Tor (Zugangs-Code)

Uśmiechnięty personel ,przepyszne śniadania i czystość w całym obiekcie. Wypełnia się kartkę co się lubi jeść -super pomysł,bo nie ma dzięki temu marnowania jedzenia .Dodatkowo oprócz tych zaznaczonych pozycji każdy może skosztować ciasta,różnych płatków,owoców itp.smakowitych dodatków.W hotelu jest dostępna kuchnia i można zrobić sobie coś ciepłego do picia(wszystko na miejscu:kawa,herbata).Przy recepcji dla wszystkich dostępna lemoniada,owoce(za darmo).Wszystko idealne a pobyt bardzo udany.Kilka minut i już jesteśmy przy jeziorze i w centrum.

Ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è il personale, sempre garbato, gentile e disponibile. Ti fanno sentire accolto, ascoltato e coccolato, con una professionalità rara da trovare. La colazione è varia e di ottima qualità , puoi scegliere se farla in camera o giù nella hall. Il Glocal Hotel è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la meraviglia del Lago di Garda in un’atmosfera accogliente e impeccabile. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente

Zum wiederholten Mal eine gute Entscheidung

Wir waren das vierte Mal im Glocal und es hat uns wie immer gut gefallen. Das Team ist sehr nett. Das Frühstückskonzept ist perfekt. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, die begehbare Dusche mega. Die Matratze war mir etwas zu hart, aber dank des Toppers wurde mir geholfen. Die Lage ist wunderbar und schön ruhig, mit einem großen Garten/ Liegewiese. Wir kommen wieder!

Etwas Fahrradequipment wäre toll: Lappen + Eimer bzw. Papiertücher und vielleicht noch passende Fahrradständer für Mountainbikes

Zimmer und Lage gut, nur Klimaanlage könnte besser sein oder funktionieren

Zimmer sehr schön, Lage gut, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Klimaanlage hat leider nicht gut bis gar nicht funktioniert. Mit dem offenen Fenster, war es leider auch keine ruhige Straße mehr. Vor allem jeden Tag zeitig in der früh die Müllabfuhr.
