***The castle itself.

***Service: waiters on the restaurant (They really tried to be professional but It seems that no-one teach them. Clear summer job, 18 year old), lag of knowledge on reception (I will check please come later...), no room cleaning (3 nights = 0 cleaning), unpolite staff (no grettings or answer to the same).
***Restaurant: meals with seafood or fish mark as vegetarian.
***Castle tour: cheating clients "amazing night tour, vine degustation, good vibes, +15 pln during the night" absolutely overprized, no dynamic (we were sleeping or taking a seat once possible), too long (90 min finishing close to midnight), showing the parts of the hotel available during the day.
***Parking: 25 Pln/Day, everyone could drive-in and park with no checku9 but if you are a guest you have to register your car during the check-in and pay in advance the parking.
