- Świetne śniadanie - Basen i strefa spa - Klimat zamku - Park zamkowy świetny na spacery - Wieczorny koncert muzyki na żywo
- niesympatyczna i niepomocna obsługa w recepcji

Piękny budynek, jedyne w swoim rodzaju nocowanie w średniowiecznym zamku, wspaniałe wnętrza, możliwość zwiedzania z przewodnikiem, dostępny bilard w pięknym secesyjnym salonie (w bardzo niskiej cenie!), płatna strefa spa, basen i jacuzzi w cenie pobytu, dobra lokalizacja blisko Kłodzka i Lądka Zdroju, wieczorami muzyka na żywo, park i rzeka otaczają zamek (nad rzeką leżaki, można odpocząć na łonie natury), wygodne łóżko, miła i pomocna obsługa w recepcji.
Płatny dodatkowo parking, mały wybór na śniadaniu, brak klimatyzacji (ale to raczej ze względu na historyczny charakter zamku). Czystość OK ale przydałoby się posprzątać owady z parapetu w pokoju...
