Clean hotel but old

Cleanliness

A/C did not work in any other mode than extremely cold. Room service did not answer the morning that I checked out.

A budget friendly business man stay.

The breakfast was very satisfactory with very exceptional service by the Staff. The 3 gentlemen present every morning for our stay, managed the room with exceptional service. The front desk staff made you feel very welcomed.

The sink near the bed was a shocker for me.

Practical, easy and well located

Location is great, several restaurants nearby and activities also. If you are going to the Pepsi Center for an specific event, this is the best place to stay, you'll be at walking distance.

The parking lots were dusty, maybe because changing the layout of this area. Not big deal because is just in the basement but seems to be happening for several months.

Its in a good place, very close to the WTC, have restaurants, super markets, coffee very close, and its near to all interest place in the city, event the airport

The hotel in general was really nice. The price was excellent and the room spacious and clean.

My husband found the bed a little uncomfortable, but I think it was okay.

Items at breakfast are generally ok, but sometimes they finish early big room wifi mostly ok

Notice that there is a big difference between Bel Air Business and the other Bel Air (Boutique I think). This one (Business) is quite old and not very well-maintained. Breakfast in the morning is super crowded. The gym is small and crowded too. Not a good value for money (at least for the price I paid). Not renovated Breakfast crowded Small gym

Wifi password was not clear Ice machine was not working Pillows were too flat and soft Final price shown while booking didn’t show taxes until after booking was completed so I didn’t know the final price before

Decent breakfast. Great location and friendly staff.

The breakfast could be better, but there is a special person with the cleaning crew named Daniel, he completely went out of his way to help me with a problem I had, and he was very kind and professional.
