We spent a night here in our way home from Switzerland. We arrived quite late but the host was very kind to wait for us. The rooms are basic, but very nice and clean. Also, there was a good breakfast waiting for us in the morning.

For some of us, having semi-transparent glass sliding doors at the toilet (which I met in many places especially in Austria and Germany) does not necesarily fit the idea of privacy and intimacy :).

Excelent hospitality

We had a wonderful time staying in Bacherhof hotel, the hospitality is warm and honest, the owners are there to help you with everything you need and there is a feeling of quality in every part of the hotel. Tastefull breakfast with local products and deferent kind of "surprises" every mornig. 10 minutes easy walk to the nearest cabin lift (Nassereinbahn) and the free bus stop to the village is 15 meters away. Higly recomended place to stay for winter or summer vacations in the area.

Boendet var i klassisk österrikisk alpstil, fast med en modernare touch. Till exempel var badrummet nytt, vilket var fräscht. Så det var en väldigt bra kombo av lite äldre stil med modernare element.

Tyvärr så luktade det väldigt mycket koskit utanför byggnaden, eftersom det bodde kossor i ladan. Men det var inget större problem och det var enbart precis utanför på uppfarten.

Zeer goede uitvalsbasis voor skiën in St Anton, in een heel ruim en schoon familie-apartement

Wij waren met onze 3 volwassen kinderen (5 personen totaal) en hadden kamers 207 en 208 op de bovenste verdieping geboekt. Dat was een hele goede keuze, want de kamers zijn ruim met elk een eigen badkamer/douche en separaat toilet. Goede bedden, lekkere dekbedden en ook voldoende ruimte voor alle spullen voor iedereen. Daarbij nog een normale/goede keuken waar we zelfs onze kerstmaaltijd hebben bereid. De beschikbare ruimte was denk ik voor iedereen heel prettig. Hele aardige 'hosts' ook, die in Engels en Duits ons prima te woord stonden en ons altijd hielpen. We hadden geen ontbijt geboekt maar er was een prima broodjesservice via de 'hosts' en wij konden makkelijk in het dorp zelf boodschappen doen bij de Spar. Overigens ook een paar goede restaurants (zoals Tenne) op loopafstand. Mooie kerk op 10 minuten lopen voor de Kerkdienst op Eerste Kerstdag. Excellente skibusverbinding ook naar de Nassereinbahn en/of de Galzigbahn, we hebben de auto niet nodig gehad in St Anton zelf, alleen als we naar Lech wilden zijn we met de auto gegaan (en sommigen deden dat overigens skiënd).

Moeilijk te bedenken, ik vond zelf het licht in de slaapkamers wat te weinig helder, maar daar was ik geloof ik de enige in in het gezin :)......
