Location was perfect for all our activities at Surfers. Parking was easily accessed by guests and very safe and secure.

We had a very good stay at the Mantra hotel. The highlight is definitely its amazing location, perfect for getting around the area with ease. The service from the staff was excellent and very attentive at all times.
The hotel offers great facilities and amenities to enjoy, such as the pool, the spa, and the restaurant.
As a constructive suggestion, the breakfast could offer a bit more variety; when staying for several days, eating the same options every morning can get a little repetitive. A more diverse menu would make the experience even better.
The overall experience was positive, and I believe the hotel offers great value for money. Definitely recommended!
The only downside we noticed regarding the facilities was on the room's balcony: the outdoor air conditioning unit was completely rusted. Traveling with my son, I preferred not to let him get too close to the balcony to prevent him from touching it, as it didn't look good and could be a potential hazard. It would be great if they could perform some maintenance on those units.

Absolutely loved being on the higher floors. That was the first time for us. The pool was really nice. The facilities were clean and the staff were fantastic.
The particular room we were given while we were really happy that it was on a higher floor and had an amazing view, and a huge TV. I found the furniture was very big and bulky. It made the lounge room and dining area feel a bit claustrophobic.
