The pool area was nice and great for the kids.
The room didn’t smell very nice.

The apartments, whilst a little older, have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool facilities have excellent opening hours.
Minor maintenance needed, such as cracked and loose tiles in the shower

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The general cleanliness of the hotel was good, and the customer service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
However, there were a few issues with the room that could use some attention. The curtains were dirty and broken, and unfortunately the doonas were also dirty, which was disappointing given the otherwise good standard of cleanliness.
With some attention to these details, the hotel could provide a much better overall experience. The excellent customer service was definitely a highlight of our stay.
