    Stayed for 7 days we have no housekeeping cleaning our room no towels rubbish not done we have to bring sown our own rubbish to get new bag no communication from the clerk no service desk to ask help we had one night no electricity due to power shortage got told becuase rhe kettlw is faulty causing trouble no compensation or any help at all. It feels like you are staying in a camp no one to ask assistance. So disappointed wish we could get a refund.

    This hotel may be suitable for guests staying one or two nights, but in my experience, it is not particularly suitable for longer stays. In my case, the room was cleaned only once every five days. Amenities were not automatically replenished, although guests could request them from the staff. Reception was also available only during certain hours. The hotel also has several specific practices that guests should be informed about in advance, such as not dragging large suitcases through the entrance, luggage storage limits and deadlines, and the hours when staff can be contacted. If these practices were clearly communicated from the beginning, guests would know what to expect and there would be far fewer misunderstandings. More importantly, guests would not have to be shouted which unfortunately happened to me several times. As someone who also works in the hospitality industry, I find this approach quite surprising. In hospitality, retaining existing guests is generally important, especially when they stay for several days. A long-stay guest can actually save the hotel the cost and effort of finding new customers and preparing rooms for new arrivals. What a shame, because the hotel has a very good location and seems to have a long history. With better management, clearer communication, and a more guest-oriented approach, it could have great potential to become a charming boutique hotel. Unfortunately, the current management and attitude toward guests seem to be wasting that potential.

    Pros - Comfy bed - Great CBD location - Got a great nightly rate Cons: - Shared bathroom - No bottled water in room or cooler in the reception area on arrival - Terrible WiFi [loses connection, if you can even connect to it] - Barebones basic room - Terrible customer experience [no one at reception + no bell or button any to get their attention... had to get creative to finally get their attention] - Staff training is really bad [gave me an inactivated key card at check in, gave me wrong wifi pw, didn't tell me which SSID to connect to and when I actualltly figured it out and told her the WiFi wasn't connecting she shrugged and laughed. Summary - I only used the hotel as a place for a little sleep = perfect value for that. If you plan to spend more time in your hotel, find another place with better staff and ammenities.
