    These days, any private accommodation in Melbourne is hard to find under *** a night. This place is certainly one of the best options, but don't expect wonders from restyled old properties in any CBD. The reception gent was on time, competent, reasonable with check in issues. Remember to read all the printed signs/messages on the walls etc. Good lifts, and a brilliant central location, only a few minutes from rail transport, and easy walking to the airport bus station too.

    Management does not abide by its undertakings: Day 1 - reception not manned at advertised time Day 1 - code to obtain room key from safe did not work Day 3 - code to re-enter premises after 7 p.m. did not work And three UHT milk portions for three days!!

    I had booked and confirmed a 6th floor room BUT ended up on 4th floor opposite the lift ....noisy as. This was my Melbourne Hotel of choice But

    Works in other rooms going on until late in the night. Past 9pm. Had to bang on the wall to make them stop. Scrapping, hammering. Wasnt happy.
