We had a swim up room which was amazing .
The welcome off staff when we arrived was lovely and they were very helpful .
Rooms spotlessly clean.
Breakfast was nice especially the fruit salad and yogurt .
Great location for exploring Karon beach.
Really nice spa and massage place around the corner plus laundry facilities.
It’s next to a road and the walk into the main centre is a bit difficult due to an uneven pavement. You can walk on the other side of the road however crossing it at busy times was difficult .
There was no coffee machine at breakfast.
The beds are lovely and big but the mattress quite hard .
