    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Baan Karonburi Resort for 2 nights, and it was a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. The biggest surprise was when we entered our room and found that the hotel had beautifully decorated it for our daughter’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that instantly made our family feel welcomed and made her birthday celebration even more special. We truly appreciate the effort the team put into making our stay memorable. We booked the Premier Pool Access Room, and it was definitely worth it. Being able to step directly from our room into the swimming pool was an amazing experience, especially for our 4-year-old daughter, who absolutely loved it. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. There was a wide variety of food available each morning, with plenty of options to suit different tastes. Everything was fresh and delicious. The dining area offers a beautiful view facing the sea, creating a relaxing atmosphere while enjoying breakfast. The resort is also in a fantastic location—Karon Beach is just across the road and can be reached with a short 3-minute walk. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The thoughtful birthday surprise, excellent pool access room, delicious breakfast, and convenient location made our family holiday truly enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend Baan Karonburi Resort to anyone visiting Phuket, especially families with young children. I hope to visit again soon. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special! 🌴🎂🏖️

    We are a family of 3 with a teenager staying at Baan Karinburi over Christmas. Even though we booked our teen as the third adult, we got a small and short cot for him, not suitable for his size. The hotel has great reviews on Google and Agoda but our experience is far from positive. The only great thing about this hotel is its location right across the beach. The front desk staff is sullen and not very customer friendly. They charged us 200 bath for a second room key card! The room is on a smaller side even though we booked a Premier room. Even though the hotel claims they do a daily cleaning, the housekeeping staff missed our room. The bed is very comfortable and that’s a big plus. Breakfast choices aren’t bad and they serve great coffee. But the waiting staff is not very responsive. We had to get up and clear our table of dirty dishes while the employees stood there. The worst is the swimming pool. The chaise longs have no cushions on them and the employee claims it’s because all the cushions are dirty. The same employee doesn’t collect trash around the pool and spends time looking at his phone. People smoke around the pool and nobody enforces a no smoking policy. There are no towels at the pool, and we saw the bartender/ pool employee send guests back to their rooms to bring the towels - not nice at all. We would never come back to this hotel or recommend it to anyone. They need to provide a serious training to their employees to reach a passable standard.
