Comfortable and clean

The hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff were great. The room was spacious and clean and a very comfy bed. We ate there and the food was good, buffet style so something there for everyone and breakfast was one of the best with lots of choice and variety. After a long ride there on a motorbike it was the perfect hotel.

My partner is an early riser usually about 5am and he can mooch around for a while but by 6.15am he was ready for his walk and as we were travelling on a motorbike he has to do prep to make sure the bike is ok. Well he went down to go out and found he was locked in, couldn't even get into reception. He was ignored by one person and once eventually he got someones attention they did not want to let him out telling him breakfast was not till 6.30am. He explained he didn't want breakfast and needed to go out but they were still reluctant to let him out. He did get out but after he insisted. Never experienced this before.

Superb

We enjoyed the indoor pool and outdoor relaxation area with lounge chairs overlooking prairies..very calming and quiet. Overall nice friendly staff and great ambiance all around the hotel, we'd gladly come back!

There wasn't a mini fridge in our room , But . .the barman Happily provided a champagne bucket and plenty of ice for our bottle of celebration Prosecco! So all good!

Don't go to this hotel!

I booked a Business Room and got a Standard Room. I paid for the Business Room and the receptionist laughed at me when I told her that I had booked a different room than what I got. In the room it was very cold (around 15 degrees) and the heating was not working. When asking at the reception, they said it is centrally managed and they would put the heating up. It did not happen. One can hear everything from the neighbour, including TV and toilet flushes. Also the other doors on the hallway and people walking. There is no sound proofing at all, feels like the walls are made of paper. I got woken up by the noise at 5 AM. When requesting a room change, they could not accomodate it, even though the hotel has multiple buildings and hundreds of rooms. The food at the restaurant is sometimes not properly cooked or has absolutely no taste. The müsli that was already prepared by them at breakfast was smelling sour. I didn't eat it. Some staff is rather unfriendly and there are a lot of teens working as cleaning staff. There is no professionalism, when it comes to interacting with guests.

Convenient hotel but not for business trip.

Nice bed and room

Wifi connexion was really bad. Therefore we could not work for business. Bathroom is old with holes in the wall. We needed to walk a lot to go to the different places in the hotel

Perfect honeymoon!

The view from the room in the afternoon and evening was breathtakingly beautiful. The pools were also very nice to use. Adequate depth of the large pool allowed swimming, while the warm Jacuzzi and still pools allowed long stays in the water.

The check in and check out lines were a bit too long, I would have appreciated that an additional person was doing the check ins to reduce the waiting times. Moreover, the staff didn't inform us about the need for the supplementary bag of towels and bathrobes.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir kamen an und haben ein Glas Sekt zur Begrüßung erhalten. Nach dem Mittagssnack der Mitgebucht oder nachträglich zu bezahlen ist, ging es auf unser Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haus 3 (Himmelreich) dort befindet sich auch der Pool und ein Paar Saunen und Solenebel, etc. Alles war sauber und alle wahren sehr freundlich. Am Abend konnte man vom leckeren Buffet im Haupthaus seine Lieblingsspeisen aussuchen. Ein echter leckerschmaus war das reichhaltige Frühstück Bademäntel und Saunatücher gibt es auch vor Ort

Leider war die Matraze sehr weich und direkt vor der Unterkunft war der Parkplatz schon voll- somit mussten wir auf einem der anderen zum Hotel gehörigen Parkplatz parken und wieder den Berg und die Treppen hochlaufen . Die ausen Sauna war bei unserem Aufenthalt leider Defekt

Sehr freundliches Personal.Frühstück und Abendbuffet war lecker.und alles war sehr sauber.

Whirlpool war wohl leider defekt.soll im tackt 7 Minuten laufen 4 Minuten Pause. Leider ist er selbst nach 30 Minuten nicht angesprungen.

L'architecture et la décoration de l'hôtel : beaucoup de sérénité s'en dégagent. Petit déjeuner riche et varié. Le système de banquettes dans la salle de restaurant permet d'offrir une certaine intimité.

L'insonorisation des chambres reste perfectible (murs et plafond).

Der Weg zwischen den Gebäuden um das Wellnessangebot ausnutzen zu können. Es sind doch einige hundert Meter ins andere Gebäude um den SPA Bereich nutzen zu können. Leider hat das Soledampfbad nicht funktioniert.

Ein Hotel, das bereits ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Das Essen war sehr lecker

Im Saunabereich gab es nur eine Dusche. Dafür eine verglaste Aussensauna. In einem Zimmer bekam man die Temperatur aufgrund eines defekten Thermostats nicht runter. Im neuen Zimmer war es ein anderer Grund. Anscheinend Heizungsleitungen im Boden verlegt… das war alles. Hier hätte ich bei 3 gebuchten Zimmern mehr erwartet

Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und ist auf Wünsche eingegangen.

Im Zimmer war es trotz Heizung sehr kalt und zugig. Das Vorspeisenbuffet wurde schon 30min vor Ende der Essenszeit abgeräumt. Die Sauna im Haupthaus öffnet erst um 14 Uhr. Der größere Wellnessbereich kann nur über einen Fußweg von 200m über den Außenbereich erreicht werden

Wir hatten 3 schöne, erholsame Tage.

Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück hatte eine super Auswahl,frisches Obst und Gemüse. Frisch gebrühten Kaffee. Das Abendessen war richtig, richtig lecker. Von der Suppe bis zum Nachtisch.

Daß Haupthaus ist etwas zu weit vom Wellness Bereich entfernt.
