Great location, 10 minutes walking from old town and there is a nice beach down the street. Free parking at the villa is available. Host is super nice and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything. Generally clean.

The only thing was the AC looked liked it had never been cleaned, it was very dusty inside.

The hotel is very close to the old town. The room was clean.

Let's be honest, €50/ night, you can't expect the Ritz!

1. Location. Very comfortable, close to the beach (50 m), old town, food market, fish market (500 - 600 m), on the same street, 50 m from the villa, there is an excellent bakery, with a large selection, open from 6:30 am. Grocery store Studenac - 150 m, you will find everything you need, open 6:00-21:00 2. The staff is attentive and helpful, responds quickly to requests, is always available. The staff is very kind and understanding, on the day of departure they allowed us to stay in the apartment until the evening because our flight was on late evening. We are very grateful to them for that. Upon request, from the villa staff we received a phone number for transfer to and from the airport. The service was of high quality and the price was also very good, driver Gordana is nice person. 3. Accommodation. We lived in an apartment with a sea view. Very clean, tidy, fresh smelling, cozy. The views from the balcony and all the windows are amazing. The balcony is large, there is a table with comfortable chairs, a dryer, and a even the candles for cozy sitting in the evenings. The bed is big, the pillows are comfortable, the bedding is good. We had a kitchen, which is well equipped, there are enough dishes and tools, there are really all the conditions to cook food. The kitchen had washing-up liquid, new sponges, kitchen towels. We found salt, pepper, sugar, tea. The refrigerator has a small but sufficient cooling chamber. The villa also has a large shared kitchen that can be used by all residents of the villa. There is a small library in the reception. There are deckchairs and beach mattresses that can be used. Aircondicion worked very well. We always had hot water, always, in 7 days, no problem, I don't really understand why there are so many complaints in the reviews. Wifi in the living room also works normally.

We liked the location of the apartment — the area was quiet and close to the city center, with beautiful views from the window.

We booked an apartment with a kitchen so that we could cook if needed, but just a few minutes after arriving and checking in, we received a message from the host asking us not to eat in the apartment and instead to go to a restaurant, due to the possibility of ants appearing in the home. Also, there was not even any hand soap provided in the apartment. There was no hot water, and we had to figure out ourselves how and where to turn it on. One of the toilets didn’t work — it wouldn’t flush. The bedroom area was set up in an enclosed balcony.
