The room was lovely and the breakfast was really nice, with a good selection and a pleasant atmosphere.
One of the male staff members (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was also very attentive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.
However, our experience was let down afterwards by the handling of a very small issue. An empty body lotion bottle was accidentally packed with our toiletries when we left, and although we already confirmed we would return it, the repeated emphasis on this felt unnecessary and took away from the overall experience.
In addition, I left my phone charger in the room and arranged and paid for a postage label to have it sent back.
