We don’t like early breakfast. We planned to drive 1-2 hrs & then eat a breakfast
We asked at Reception for extra milk to have extra drink before we set off, we had tea/ coffee sachets to provided
Two people ahead of us had complicated issues to ?? Pay for their stay. Then disappeared, odd thing to witness.

Location was good for the gig we were attending. Could get an uber from here without any trouble. Bedroom was clean.
The bath area there was mould around the taps and the grout was not clean in places. I’m not sure that meant it wasn’t clean but it didn’t look good.
The cups in the room were also not clean.
There was only one towel even though there were two of us staying in the room.

You could write something simple and honest like:
The hotel was in a convenient location for visiting family and offered good value for money. The staff were pleasant and friendly throughout my stay, which made for a comfortable (ish) overnight visit.
You could write:
Unfortunately, cleanliness was disappointing. There was mould around the bath taps, staining in the bath, and the tea and coffee facilities were sticky and appeared unclean. The TV remote also looked as though it had not been cleaned for a long time. The room would benefit from a more thorough cleaning and better attention to detail.
