Very helpful, friendly and pleasant personnel. I had packages delivered to their sister hotel in error and the reception staff had it waiting for me at the correct hotel. They went that extra mile. Shout out to Giselle in the restaurant, where we had breakfast. The deco was tastefully done with a theme of early British cinema.
Space was tight in the room but it is part of a wider problem in central London.

Stayed several times due in large part to the lovely staff (Gia) and excellent location. Comfortable rooms.
Had been “upgraded” to “superior” suite which was as small as the room we had prior. No difference, on 2nd floor looking at a building back with compressors.

Great location. Comfortable well appointed room.
Using the Bella Italia as the hotel restaurant isn't great. At breakfast for example you have to compete with customers off the street for a table!

Location was good. Staff were friendly
Rooms were tiny. Our bathroom was clogged and had an awful smell. Moved rooms to sister hotel where room was slightly bigger but still small. The hotel was also right next to Paddington station so you could hear every train going past.
