Very central location right next to Hyde park. Parking wasn’t too bad as we arrived 4am the only downside of parking is that you can only stay for 4 hours.
Room was extremely tiny and the blinds were broken and window is right next to the bed so I got blinded by the morning sun. Made it difficult to sleep

Got « upgraded » at checkin for a so called bigger room but it was actually a room with an additional bed, which took all the additional space and more!
Also the room was dark and with barely any light of day. The on we had booked originally was much nicer and cosy.
Paid for 2 breakfasts and got given only one meal voucher, initially I didn’t think it would be a problem. But at breakfast, which takes place in a separate independent restaurant, my 9 year old was denied breakfast because of that and we had to go queue at the checkin desk of the hotel to be given the missing voucher, and went back to the restaurant.
