Room had air con which was needed!!
Our “family room” for 3 adults was in the basement, no view and smallish. Pull out bed not set up and only towels for 2 people so had to ask at reception. Woke up by cleaners filling buckets of water outside our window at the outside tap!!

Not many stairs. Elevator came when requested.
Gave us a room in the basement. Only one hook in bathroom to hang a hand towel. Need two. Should have free water in room or in lobby. Elevator did not show all room numbers. We were in Room 704 and no such room was shown in elevator. No creamer for coffee in room. Only sugar. Bed was hard like a board.
